Motorola Moto G6 Series to be unveiled on April 19th, 2018.

Motorola plans an event on 19th of April and The Lenevo owned company has seemingly started sending out invites for the upcoming event in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The invite although doesn’t declare what will be the marquee product of the event yet We can anticipate that Motorola will present its latest G6 series which are named as Moto G6, G6 Play, and G6 Plus because of the green background of the press invite, however, hints that Motorola will finally take the wraps off the long-rumored Moto G6 series.

The invite via Android Pit says, “Save the Date” and states that the event will begin at 10 AM on April 19.

Moto G6

As per reports, Moto G6 is expected to be a dual-SIM smartphone comes with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the Box with a 5.7-inch full-HD+ IPS display (with an aspect ratio of 18:9) with 1,080×2,160 pixels screen resolution.

The smartphone is expected to come with octa-core 1.8GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, Adreno 506 GPU teamed with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage and can be extended unto 256GB with the microSD card. There could be another variant with 32GB of storage. This is also said to come with splash-resistant P2i Nano-coating protection.

In terms of Camera department, Motorola Moto G6 will reportedly support a dual rear camera setup with a 12MP primary sensor and a 5MP secondary sensor. At the front, there could be a 16MP selfie snapper. The smartphone tipped to be launched at starting price of $249 (Rs 16,000 approx.) and come with a 3,000mAh battery with Turbo Charging facility, a fingerprint scanner, GPS, NFC, LTE, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Moto G6 Plus

As reports said, The Motorola Moto G6 Plus comes with 5.93-inch full-HD+ IPS (Max Vision) display with 1,080×2,160 pixels screen resolution with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and Gorilla Glass 3. If rumors are to be trusted, the smartphone will be powered with a Snapdragon 630 processor, along with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage.

The storage can be extended up to 256GB with the microSD card. Moto G6 Plus will come out of the box with Android 8.0 Oreo operating system (Stock Android) and support dual SIM. the camera is believed the same as that of the Moto G6.

Moto G6 Play

Coming to Motorola Moto G6 Play, it is expected to flaunt a 5.7-inch FHD+ display(1440×720 pixels resolution,) with the aspect ratio of 18:9. The smartphone is likely to come in two variants.

The basic one will feature 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, while the higher variant will have 3GB of RAM and 32GB of default storage space powered with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor with Android 8.0 Oreo. You can also play cool football games on this device.

The smartphone is expected to come with a large 4,000mAh, which will probably be its key highlight. The phone will come with a 12-megapixel rear camera, a 5 MP front camera, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 4.2, LTE and a 3.5 mm jack.
